1. Legal notice

As required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of theochulia.com:

The texts, videos, images and diagnostic method published on this website belong to Theo Chuliá. They may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Privacy policy

Data controller: Theo Chuliá Leduc (theo@theochulia.com).

What data I handle:

• Your contact details: first name, last name, email and, if you give it, your horse's name.
• Your answers to the diagnostic questionnaire (goals, level, difficulties, etc.).
• The videos you upload for the diagnostic.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe: I never see or store your card details.
• If you accept analytics cookies, aggregated browsing data (see the cookies section).

What for, and on what legal basis:

• Preparing and delivering your diagnostic, and sending you the service emails (confirmation and the link to your diagnostic). Basis: performance of the contract you accept when you pay.
• Reviewing the videos you upload. Basis: your consent, which you give explicitly in the form.
• Meeting my tax and accounting obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
• Measuring how the site is used in order to improve it. Basis: your consent in the cookie notice.

To prepare the draft of the diagnostic I use an artificial intelligence tool (Google Gemini, paid tier, which does not use your data to train its models). Theo personally reviews and approves every diagnostic before it is sent: no automated decision is made about you.

Providers that process data on my behalf (processors):

• Supabase (database, servers in the EU, Frankfurt).
• Cloudflare R2 (storage of your videos, in the EU).
• Stripe (payments).
• Resend (sending emails).
• Vercel (website hosting).
• Cal.com (bookings for in-person intensives, when you book one).
• Google (Gemini for the diagnostic draft and, only if you accept, Google Analytics).

Some of these providers are based in the United States. In those cases the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long I keep your data: your videos and your diagnostic, for as long as you have access to it and at most 12 months after delivery, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Billing data, for the periods required by law (generally 6 years). I never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights: you can ask for access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to theo@theochulia.com. If you think I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

3. Cookies

This website only uses analytics cookies if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive.

• Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) so I don't ask again. It is needed to respect your decision.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): count visits and page views in aggregate. They last up to 2 years. They are only set if you click "Accept".

You can change your decision at any time with the "Cookies" link in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Terms of the diagnostic service

The diagnostic is a personalised analysis of your riding, prepared by Theo from your answers and your videos. The price is the one shown on the website at the time of purchase, taxes included.

You will receive an email with a private link to your diagnostic within 5 working days of payment. If Theo cannot complete the diagnostic (for example, because the videos don't allow your riding to be assessed), he will let you know and give you a full refund.

As this is a personalised digital service, you cannot withdraw from the purchase once the diagnostic has been delivered. Before delivery, you can cancel and ask for a refund by writing to theo@theochulia.com.

The diagnostic is technical guidance and does not replace in-person work with a professional. Always ride with appropriate safety equipment.

5. Coaching, intensives and residency

Online Coaching is a monthly subscription paid through Stripe that renews automatically every month. You can cancel at any time by writing to theo@theochulia.com: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid and no further payments are taken.

Private Training Intensives are booked and paid through Cal.com and Stripe. The terms of each intensive (duration, price and cancellation) are shown when you book.

The Elite Rider Residency is requested through the form on the website. Theo confirms availability and the final price by email, and payment is made with a Stripe invoice.
